    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I loved this course greatly. We were constantly immersed in literature each week and analyzed different short stories and authors which stretched our imagination to its peak. Although there is much reading done in the class, it is so much fun and you will leave the class with so much knowledge.

    Course highlights:

It was incredible to understand the properties that can make up a good story and how each author's unique style forms each book in its own way. Like a memorable song, each story has the mark of its author. The symbolism behind each work and other literary effects provide a different aspect to each tale.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a tough course with much reading. Make sure to read as often as possible because there are pop quizzes. But the class has many projects and fun activities that make it well worth it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This has been one of the easiest courses I have taken in my life. If you're good at writing and are just looking to reinforce your grammatical skills, this course is for you. Throughout the semester we had to write a few essays and also analyze some stories in order to test our reading comprehension.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course I would say were how effectively the different lessons went by without a bother and how little by little it helps you perfect your understanding of English literature. Not only will you comprehend what you read on a whole other level, deeper than before, you will also write with ease and fluidity at the end of the course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The most needed advice is no matter how easy the class seems, pay attention. This is always necessary because it's when you slip up thinking that it's easy and it's going to be alright. When you slip up is when things start to get hard, so try to avoid the problem from its root and don't slip up.
