Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great teacher who explains well and grades fairly. Answers all questions no matter how redundant or repeated and is always more than willing to help during his office hours.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned and was able to apply the general skills it takes to compute chemical equations as well as being able to apply formulas to chemistry math problems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest studying every day from the powerpoints which he uploads and practicing all the practice problems you can in relation to the chapters that will be coming on the test because most of the points in the test come from the abillity to correctly answer the written problems.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course itself is very interesting and gives you a deep insight in what chemistry is. The professor takes time to explain every detail for you to understand it. She gives many examples and exercises for you to practice.

    Course highlights:

The chapter I loved the most explained the different structures a chemical molecule could take. Earlier in the semester, we also learned about chemical equations, chemical properties, how heat may affect a chemical equation, the structure of chemical compounds, and even the structure of a molecule by itself and how it is affected by other molecules.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you feel like you need help, don't just stay put. Look for tutors, online videos, more exercises, etc. Give it your all and see how that helps you. You can definitely do it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She explains as clear as it gets. Everything on the exams she'd discussed it in class. Wonderful course.

    Course highlights:

She explains very thoroughly. Very just correcting the exams. Best option for Quim 3001 at UPR in my opinion.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you get the opportunity to get in one of her courses, get it, she is awesome.
