Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is all about interpersonal communication and how to use it effectively in order to be successful.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about different ways in which to communicate and how they all differ from one another. I also learned that there are many gender, sex, and cultural differences in communication and one needs to be mindful of this when communicating with an individual who is different from yourself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do the reading and keep up with the online podcasts if you are taking it as an online course. Make sure to make connections and communicate well with your group members. And also allot yourself plenty of time to complete the work.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

One of the most important and infuential classes i have taken at the University. Vince is also a great teacher, who is able to interact effeciently with students by keeping an open communication channel. He is also very good about uploading podcast from every class in case you miss a lecture or need to go back for studying purposes

    Course highlights:

This course taught me the value of understanding others and being open to different viewpoints and worldviews. It also taught me a lot about myself and my own personal communication style

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Like previously stated Vince is a great professor. He's a "students-professor", to do good in his class you just have to show up to every period ready to learn and participate. And make sure you also participate in the online forums. There's not a lot of out of class readings or work so its important to go to his class which is typically only once a week.
