    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I loved this course! the professor was always clear and fair in addition to being passionate about the course.

    Course highlights:

    I really enjoyed learning about food and what is important when determining its nutritional value.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    the most important thing is keeping up with notes and taking her comments on the major course project seriously because it is a big part of the grade.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Dr. Gerber does not teach clearly, and his tests are extremely particular. Because of his teaching style, the tests are difficult to study for.

    Course highlights:

    I did learn quite a bit about nutritional adequacies and inadequacies around the world. I also learned about health recommendations for myself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to buy the tophat program. It gives you extra credit, which you'll probably need by the end of the semester.

    Course Overview:

    I personally love this course! Melanson is such a sweet lady, and if you are struggling in the class for any reason, she will do as much as she can to help you. She explains everything really well and gives helpful hints in how to remember important things.

    Course highlights:

    Nutrition is a basic class, filled with things that we think we already know. But it went into so much more detail about how the body really breaks down food and how we can use it effectively. It definitely helped me to see what I can do to better my own health and how to help others follow the same path.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Definitely go to class, and take the notes! She puts the power point slides online, but in class she really discusses each of the topics so it is much easier to understand.
