Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Josh relates to and bonds with his students really well. He truly cares about the education of his students and pushes them to want to succeed. He's also very honest and straight forward, if he doesn't think you're cut out to be a teacher he will notice that and let you know so you don't waste your time taking classes to be a teacher when you aren't cut out to be one.
I learned so much about the state of Rhode Island, their school districts, their standards, their demographics, and what you need to know to be a teacher in RI. I loved the group presentation about educational issues because we got to work with people we wouldn't have necessarily picked for ourselves and choose our issue and what parts and aspects of the issue we got to present on. It was very student centered which I enjoyed.

Advice for students:
Come prepared to learn each and every day, keep up with the weekly quizzes because at the end they really help your grade. Attendance is a huge grade booster so coming to class will help you a lot at the end of the course. Don't necessarily read every word in the chapter for the week but do take good notes and pay attention during lectures.
