    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was really great at presenting the material in a concise and understandable way

    Course highlights:

There was lots of great discussion about the philosophers of the past. It made you really think critically and develop your thinking and studying skills. Overall it was very thought provoking and gave you sort of a new view of the world.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do all of the reading. You will surely lose points if you don't. You have to take a quiz for each day of class about the reading so make sure you do it. Review your notes and make sure to pay attention in class because Dr. Miller makes the tough reading very understandable.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very foundational to many other courses you will take. You will keep seeing different aspects of it in nearly every other course.

    Course highlights:

I learned that throughout history, many people had very deviated thinking. Sometimes, you even stop and think "how in the world could a person think that" but this course explains the how, what and the why.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes on all of the powerpoint slides and pay attention in class.
