    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed the way the class was set up: the quizzes and tests, as well as the study guides. Dr. McGonigal is an amazing teacher and very practical. He takes what you're reading in the book and makes application of it to your life. It was fascinating and very helpful!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to take what I read in the Bible and make practical applications of it to my life. Sometimes, I think that the Bible is hard to understand in places. But I learned that it's really not: it just takes some comprehensive reading and use of the brain. The class really opened my eyes to a lot of things. It helped to reaffirm in my mind that the Bible is indeed relevant to the life I'm living in this present age.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just take notes in class, marking what the teacher has highlighted on the power point. Also, do the reading. It's not hard, but it is absolutely necessary to read every word!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I challenged me to read the whole New Testament and to actually study the Book that defines my life and purpose.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed learning the themes and authors of each of the books. They stretched me to understand the history of the time discussed, and the application to modern day living.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't let the hw back up on you. Map out what you need to do each day, including studying, and stick with it. In studying, write out the books in the order they were written and make an acrostic based on the first letter of the book, and the first letter of the place it was written. Then attach the dates and memorize. Works every time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He is a wonderful teacher. The Biblical teaching is great!

    Course highlights:

It was an overview of the New Testament. The discussion posts were my favorite part.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need a good attitude. You need to write down ALL of the lecture notes from his class in order to do well on the tests.
