Pretty easy, overall.
Great course. Tons of extra credit and professor is extremely helpful. Dr. Krasilnikova is very understanding and if you ever have a question you just have to talk to her after class. That's also a drawback because you can't email her- too many students per section but honestly that's never a problem.
My favorite part was learning about macronutrients like proteins, fats and carbs
