Pretty easy, overall.
I recommend this course because the teacher was really good and you can tell she loves what she does! She cares about her students and wants to help them learn. The information you learn in this class is pretty easy and can be applied universally in every company for any product/service. My teacher also made us buy a book that also included an online workbook where you completed activities that related to the chapter that you were on. The book was wayyyyyyyyyy to expensive ($153.00) but if this is your major than it is worth it and extremely helpful.
In this class I learned a lot of the different factors associated with Retailing. For example we learned about pricing products, the variety of distribution channels, store layouts, consumer purchase habits, the different types of stores (warehouse stores, convenient stores, malls, etc), and more. The highlights of this course was when the teacher brought in speakers from different companies like giant and so forth and they talked to us about their jobs and what exactly someone in marketing will do in a retail store.

Go to class! Most people that take this course is already in their major so wouldn't you want to learn about the different aspects of Marketing. Also buy the book. I know it is really expensive but sometimes you have to invest in yourself for the sake of your future success.
