Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have never been much of an artist, and I have never particularly cared about those who were. This class changed that. Made me realize a brush to an easel is just as powerful as a pen to paper.

    Course highlights:

I learned that all art is art. Writing, music, literature, theater. I learned facts, dates, and names, but mostly, I learned that painting, sculpting, and building is what writing is to me: a way to reach people, to create, to grow and learn and discover and explore.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes! Take the class seriously even if you aren't an art person.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was very interesting and I learned a lot about so many great pieces of artwork!

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the power points that the teacher would use and give to us in order to take notes it was very helpful in memorizing the information.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to study A LOT!!!! If you do not study each piece of artwork that you learn about then you will not do well in this course. Memorization is key. You will be given a hundred or so pieces of artwork to memorize and only 8-10 will be on each test but you need to know enough about them in order to write a short essay on them.

I would take this class and really look at the pictures and try to get an understanding of what they mean to you.
