Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it if you're studying to become a teacher.

    Course highlights:

This class is really interesting, especially if you enjoy learning about history.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Requires effort, don't take it if you aren't willing to put hours in.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She tries to interact with students by asking and commenting on student's questions and opinions. There were about 100 students, but in the beginning of the course she created groups for students to share opinions together. Also instead of reading through textbooks, she made of her own handbook more clearly for students to understand each concepts for the course.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I remember what 'Education Equality Opportunity' it is for the most. The social reproduction, environment, and status etc. highly affects for students to receive equal amount of education throughout the US. Depending on which area a student is in, there is a big difference in learning. Also the salary for teachers doesn't raise. Starting from salary to the status of teachers, the class went through a question whether "Is teaching considered as a profession?"

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed with this course, read the articles that she assigns. Also don't miss out the classes because when you take the quizzes you will realize there are some questions that you cannot answer. It will be hard for you to find on the articles nor the handbook. There will be questions on the quizzes from the reading. Also don't miss out the classes because once you skip a class, it will be hard to follow and may

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

My teacher teaches at a local high school and comes to campus just for this class. By being a teacher in a high school he has more connection with students and the school system then a college professor has. He can tell us how things effect his school and how they effected us in our high schools. He is also very fun and energetic, which is a great thing for a teacher to have to movitvate their students.

    Course highlights:

Its all about the hisrty of education, and it is great to learn how schooling in the past has effected the school system today. You get to learn about things than you might know have known before. Every person, know matter what their major is, should learn about why there school was set up like it was. I liked learning that schools were set up to model factories.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a fantastic course to take weather you are thinking about education as your major or not. Learning why you school was set up like it was and how histroy impacts us is fasinating. Wars and dead old men don't directly effect students and aren't are relatable as old forms of school is.
