    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it is very fun to learn and the professor gives a lot of guildence!

    Course highlights:

    The basics of nutrition, different things about the body and how your body takes in food.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Use the study cards in the back of the book! They're very helpful!

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Challenging class, but very interesting. Only take this course if it is necessary, it is not an easy A. Be prepared to take a lot of notes from the textbook and pay attention in class.

    Course highlights:

    You learn a lot about how food reacts in your body and the process that it goes through to be digested. There is a lot of bio and chemistry involved in this course. It was very interesting to learn in this class.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention in class and really study the quizzes because a lot of test questions will come from them. The class does not require that much time or effort, but make sure to study for the exams.

    This course is a fantastic option for an elective. Knowledge gained within the course is useful in everyday life.

    Course highlights:

    This course forces students to analyze their diets and learn what the body needs. The tools used and tips provided within the course are easily applied to my everyday life.

    Apply what is learned to your daily life and stay on top of projects.
