    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it to whoever needs this as a requirement. The alternative is STAT 200 but I would definitely suggest this since it's supposed to be easier. If followed to the T, an A is easily possible.

    Course highlights:

The course is very well structured. Professor Blanco is crystal clear as to what she looks for in the answers and her grading criteria is clear as well. It's the perfect introductory to statistics course and teaches you everything required for the future classes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to know the course packet in and out. Make sure you listen to all the important pointers Professor Blanco gives. Attend every class and god forbid you miss one, make sure you get the notes right away.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is extremely difficult. If you do not have to take this course then I do not reccommend it.

    Course highlights:

I do like the way that she teaches and she is pretty good at explaining things when you are confused.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The final was nothing like I was expecting. If you can take Stat instead of scm I strongly advise it. I put in a ton of time for this class and it ultimately wasn't worth it.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher looks really strict, but actually she is nice. She explains everything clearly, and her exams are really straightforward. After you do all practice problems from her packet, you'll be fine. Her packet is cheap, and there is no need to purchase textbook. It's a four credit course, but there are only three lectures per week, plus a lab which is optional. The teacher definitely is willing to provide help during lab and office hour. Definitely recommand.

    Course highlights:

It's basically a Intro to Stat course for business students. What we learned is really useful in the future, such as probablity.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The teacher is really strict with academic intergrity. Definitely don't cheat. Also, the attendance is not required, but going to class is important.
