Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it a very informative and fascinating class especially with an enthusiastic professor like Malcos. Professor Malcos is very helpful to the students. She explains the subject in detail and clearly. If you interested in the working of the human body or planning to attend medical school, this is a class you must take. It is good intro class to higher level anatomy and physiology classes.

    Course highlights:

I learned the functions of the human body system such as the respiratory system, endocrine system, and reproductive system, etc. My favorite part of the course is where we learned about the working of the heart. We learned how the blood pumps and flow through the heart, and how does the heart beats. I enjoyed learning the anatomy and physiology of the human body. It strengthened my interest in attending medical school.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the lectures, do not skip them just because you believe you understand the material. The in-class assignments help a lot. To understand the anatomy and physiology of a particular part of the body, it easier if you draw out a diagram and label it without looking at your notes. Go to you TAs, they can answer your questions. Make sure to study the diagram in the class assignments, they are usually in the exam.
