This course with J Fleming is awesome! The best part is that its only once a week and theres no overload on work! She's fun and easy and her tests are straight forward. Everything you need to know is on the study guides
Because the course is interactive, you actually learn about how your eating is and what nutrition information is needed to have a healthy diet.

Go to class. You don't necessarily need to buy the book but definitely go to class and takes notes with her powerpoints. IF you do that, you'll get and A on all the tests for sure! Also don't be afraid to go and talk to her because she really is an awesome prof!
