Not too easy. Not too difficult.
She is a tremendously awesome teacher that breaks down the information like never before. She has a flipped course, meaning she starts the homeworks in class and gives the lecture material at home, which is also very interesting i might add. She dedicates her life to her work and her teachings and any question you might have she is more than happy to answer it. If she does not have the answer to the question you may ask she encourages you to find the answer while also doing research to find out the answer herself!
Her lecture videos as well as some of her presentations in class were very interesting. She keeps you engaged the entire time as well as challenging your knowledge. She taught me countless things about the environment and what things we need to be doing to clean up the environment and what not to do to pollute it further, like encouraging us NOT to use anti-bacterial soaps for instance because it messes up our water waste treatment.

Advice for students:
WATCH ALL THE VIDEOS TWICE! Also make sure that you dust off some of your chemistry, calculus, and microbiology skills and knowledge, she expects you to know a decent amount of it.
