    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is not what I expected a photography class to be. I spent most of my time vaguely criticing classmates assignments with no feedback from the instructor

    Course highlights:

I learned very little about the field of photography. It wasn't what I expected.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is ok if you want a history lesson on photography and want to write a lot for an easy grade

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because you obtain a greater knowledge of how to use your camera rather than the basic knowledge you initially had. You also learn how to work with Photoshop which is helpful for projects for other classes.

    Course highlights:

Some things that I took away from this course is that I am able to take better photos because I know more about the settings of my camera and that I am able to help others attain knowledge on how to take better photos using these settings. I also have a background knowledge of how to use Photoshop which will help me in other classes and other art classes that I may take in the future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take many pictures, pay attention to when the teacher is talking, and ask questions if you are unsure of what to do.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely loved this course! I may be slightly biased because I love photography, but I loved the way this course was set up. In traditional courses, I have been graded solely on the ability to take photos with strictly technical expertise in mind, but this course had it all! I loved the projects that the professor gave us and I would highly recommend this course to anyone!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were definitely the photo projects. I learned so much in this class. Many people would skip over taking a photography class because they find is useless, but the material covered in this class I still carry with me today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the projects and follow the guidelines with precision!
