Pretty easy, overall.
I would definitely recommend this class. There are 5 easy quizzes, worth 15 points, a wellness journal due at the end of the semester, and a fitness test, that was easy. I definitely recommend taking this class, especially with Megan as the professor.
I learned many different exercises, specifically muscle strength and muscle endurance exercises.
