This class not only teaches you how to manage stress, but how to lesson it and deal with it. One day a week you spend in a short lecture, usually TED talks, to learn about types of stress. A different topic each week. And then two times a week, it is more physical activities. Yoga and meditation.
I learned how to deal with stress. But the most important lesson was that stress is normal. I learned that stress only happens because it means we care about the topic. Those who do not stress mean they do not care. Stress is good, you just have to learn to manage it.

TAKE IT. It is so important to take a step back and learn about yourself and what triggers your own stress. This is an important course to take while in college because this class helps instead of hurts.
