    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This class has a moderate workload, and is important in some engineering majors.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about the importance and context of engineering in the world. There are still engineering concepts being learned, but the class forcuses more on group cooperation, presentations, and learning how to work smarter.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Keep up with the coursework even if it seems light. There are still a number of deadlines to keep track of.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is required for engineering majors and also counts as your first year seminar. There are two main group projects, so I hope you like group work! Just be ready to be a team player and take online weekly quizzes. Make sure that you do not fall behind on computer assignments.

    Course highlights:

    The information learned in this course is extremely applicable to a future career in engineering. All of the programs that you will learn help you throughout college and beyond. You will learn Inventor, Pspice, MathCad, and several other programs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    You need to be determined to put forth your best effort and several late nights in the lab to finish the required assignments. Be prepared for weekly group meetings to try and complete the projects.
