    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a recommended course for all criminology majors at Penn State! This course was very difficult and required extreme attention. The exams were not easy, but the majority of your grade is based on your research project. I would recommend getting a tutor for the class or working with your peers, for the only reason that help from your professor and TA's is very difficult to get.

    Course highlights:

One thing that I am very happy to have learned in the course was how to work with SPSS. SPSS is an online program where you work with data to figure out certain situations. Although it was difficult to understand and learn, it's something I will always remember.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Attending class is always important, but STUDY STUDY STUDY. The exams are not based off of lecture slides, and they are rarely based on items in the book. Do research and start studying early! This is not a class where you should start studying the night before.
