    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The subject material is incredibly interesting and challenging, providing a much deeper insight into the workings of modern electronics and the various scientific and physical phenomena surrounding electricity and magnetism. Definitely will require you to work beyond the average course difficulty if you want to truly understand the material.

    Course highlights:

Some of my favorite parts of the course were gaining an understanding how magnetic fields are generated, the functions of various components in electrical circuits such as resistors and capacitors, and the methods by which charged particles move in space when met with various field strengths and types.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study. Don't just "get the work done"; actually understand what MasteringPhysics is asking and how the problem was solved. Go to office hours if you need extra help; don't just accept that some topics are "too difficult" because too many people do well in the class for that to be true.
