It's a good way to learn how to better yourself as a person. Goes in depth about different stages of wellness in our lives and how we can achieve them.
I learned how to achieve wellness in different areas of my life. We also learned CPR and first aid training as well as strength training and conditioning. The highlights were the professor and other students, it was a really fun course.
