Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor, Sarah Rich, is an incredible professor. She is passionate about art history and is able to communicate its beauty to students in a funny, relatable way. Her tests were reasonable and her lectures were fun and engaging.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the projects. One project called me to walk around campus and take selfies with particular buildings when we were learning about architecture. The second one had me go to the campus art museum. As a sophomore, it was a great, fun way to explore my university and engage with it in a way I probably wouldn't have otherwise!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The tests require a lot of memorization of paintings and their artists. I believe it is essential to make flash cards and print out mini pictures of the paintings on one side and fill out the necessary information on the other. Aside from this, it is important to attend lecture and ask questions!
