    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It's a good way to learn how to better yourself as a person. Goes in depth about different stages of wellness in our lives and how we can achieve them.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to achieve wellness in different areas of my life. We also learned CPR and first aid training as well as strength training and conditioning. The highlights were the professor and other students, it was a really fun course.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Have fun. If you're looking to learn how to better yourself then this course is for you. It will teach you ways to achieve wellness in your life and equip you with knowledge on how to lift weights and cpr/first aid training.
