    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is required for Mechanical Engineering, so it's not really a matter of if you should take it, but rather who to choose as a professor. Professor Talmage is very tough, but she'll teach you a lot and is willing to give extra help if you attend office hours.

    Course highlights:

This class was very quick-paced. We were always ahead of the other sections due to Professor Talmage's hyperactive teaching methods. She focuses on the theoretical approach to fluid dynamics, so if you're looking for more of a practical approach then I would suggest a different section.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

It all depends on your learning style. If you benefit more from lecture notes and a great professor, then Professor Talmage is great. If you benefit more from reading the textbook and taking your own notes, then consider a different section.
