    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is essential because it contains the fundamentals needed to better understand more advanced levels of chemistry such as analytical and organic chemistry. This course is mandatory for most science majors.

    Course highlights:

    This course was able to teach me volumes. I gained a vast array of knowledge from learning about particles, different type of interactions, how interactions where possible, thermodynamics, kinetics, types of bonds, why are particular bonds present in some compounds and not others, gas laws among and their relations among other things.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    This is not a easy course. Ensure that you stay alert in class, ask professor to clarify anything that is unclear, read over your notes everyday, make notes in class and make use of any material available on campus or online to ace this course. Your success is solely up to you.
