Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to any student interested in becoming an educator because it covers the basics about becoming a teacher and all the requirements. This class gave me the chance to express my creativity and to be myself.

    Course highlights:

From this course I gained more confidence in myself then when I first arrived at the school. By the end of the semester I was able to present a presentation without having to look at the board and was confident in what I was talking about. I was able to discover the kind of teacher I wanted to become by examining the various philosophies of education. I was also inspired by my professor to never give up because he didn't allow us to have any grade less than a B.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering this course the best advice is to go into the class with an open mind and nonjudgmental. This was a class that was more about presentations and conversations, rather than writing and taking a test on paper. Being able to give feedback was the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

One you have to take this class to be an educator. This class is great to take anyway because the class helps you get a feel of how it will be to be an educator.

    Course highlights:

Highlight of this course would be the fact that you get to work in groups and basically get the hang of being a teacher. You have to make up lesson plans and you have to be able teach the class. So you have to come up with a plan to make sure you keep the students you are presenting to awake. You also go to a school and work in a real classroom for free.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you study for this class. It is not hard, but it isn't easy you must keep up with your work and pay attention to this class because the next classes after that build up from that class.
