    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because Journalism 101 teaches you all of the basic information that you need to know when beginning your education about journalism. I feel more prepared and knowledgeable about the career path I have chosen and am very excited for the future journalism classes I will be taking.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course was learning about current media and how it is affecting the public. I loved learning about current events and applying them to what we were learning.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    My biggest advice is to do your readings. They are very important and crucial to pass the class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    This course was very easy, yet I learned a lot.

    Different types of media and how they relate to each other.

    Advice for students:

    Study the PowerPoints and do not study just the night before.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The course is lectured based and has three to four exams. Lectures are quick, only about 30 minutes. The exams are not easy. You will need to textbook and you will need to study every word in it.

    Course highlights:

    Professor makes the class interesting to learn.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study the textbook from day one and do not skip exam days since you can not retake exams.
