This class not only helped me on an academic level but on a personal level. As a person who has problems with her weight, I have recognized where I have gone wrong and am able to correct it. Even if you don't need this class to graduate, you would suggest you take this class. You learn so many great things and the teacher is awesome and works with you.
I learned in detail about different diseases that I have seen in my family. I learned about the digestive system and how to take care of it. We worked collaboratively with fellow students to cover different diseases and how they affect nutrition. It was just a class the brought everything to a practical level and made my life a lot easier.

Make you some note cards and make sure you read the chapters. Also make sure you read the charts and know that information. Listen in class and you will be fine. Make sure you do your homework of course because it can save your grade.
