This class was tough.
Chemistry in general is a difficult subject, and Organic chemistry is definitely the toughest. In order to succeed in this class, it is imperative that the teacher and students have a mutual understanding of the specific goals of the course. This particular professor fails to do so, and makes the classroom environment very stressful, resulting in lower grades overall.
The one thing this course taught me was that chemistry builds on itself. You cannot fall behind or you will fail. If you don't understand something, make sure you use any and all means to come to a full understanding of it before you attempt to build on a shaky foundation. It will crumble.

Advice for students:
My best advice would be to study a lot, and don't just skip something you don't understand. If you do, you'll miss potential applications of the topic in other units and will feel lost and very behind.
