    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I recently received my associate's in marketing. I felt I gained the most knowledge from Marty Flynn. The only class that I had with him was customer service, but I still meet with him at least once a month. I feel that I gained more from his one class than I did from every other class at Greenville Tech.

    Course highlights:

    I'm currently in school, so I wait tables to help work around my schedule. He explained the importance of great service, and return customers. Now I've got regulars that ask to sit in my section, and always tip very well. He knows how consumers think, and if you plan to have a business career you need to seek his knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take it! It's a very informative course, and if you're planning on getting a marketing degree it's required. If you plan on getting a business degree, then you can use it as an elective.
