Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I actually took this course Fall of 2003. I would take this course because it lays a solid foundation for entering into the medical field. Bio 112 helps you better understand the anatomy of the body.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning all the functions of different body parts. I learned about the different systems of the body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be patient and don't think you have to grasp everything at once. A medical terminology course is a tremendous help with wondering what a medical term pertains to.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Tyree was an amazing teacher! She explains things in simpler terms, as well as breaks things down further than most teachers would. Just be on time and show up to the classes.

    Course highlights:

If we were stuck on a particular body part, she would make sure that we understood before going on! She had multiple videos about different lessons, making everything easier to learn. She also gave you access to her powerpoints, so you would be able to study what was on the tests beforehand.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

PLEASE take this before bio 210!!! Consider making flashcards, as they will be helpful!!!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you're looking to get a good grasp on biology and the human anatomy, this class will definitely give you the tools! Stay on top of studying and you'll be surprised as how much you can learn in one class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a great deal about the human body and how it operates. I learned all of our body's bones, muscles, and organs; down to the cells that make it all happen

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY! Go over your materials as often as you can. Everything in the body works together in one way or another and it is essential to ensure you stay on top of building a solid study habit so that as you move further along, you're keeping up instead of falling behind.
