    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is not for the faint hearted, it is challenging and will give you a run for your money. But, if you're a nerd when it comes to learning about the body, then the struggle is completely worth it. I came out of the class with so much more knowledge about myself and how I function, down to a cellular level. I'm excited to learn more in 211!

    Course highlights:

You start from the cellular level of the body, which is extremely complex, and work your way out to the tissues, organs, and then work your way to starting to touch base with the systems of our bodies.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

study, study, study! Do not let yourself get behind, because believe me, it is hard trying to catch up. And don't wait until the last second to study, I did that once and was not happy with myself.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Olana was so difficult! He refused to teach the class and spoke really low and slow and made no sense what so ever.

    Course highlights:

Lab was the highlight (with Brandon Harp). I learned more in lab than I did in Lecture and Dr. Olana didnt offer any supplemental material other than his lectures.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

TAKE NOTES! STUDY! Study like youve never studied before and then study some more. This course was so tough!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Great course, but very tough. Must have a good instructor. Dr. Porter was very good

    Course highlights:

Great review of Anatomy & Physiology

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are serious about taking and learning any medical prerequisite course. They are designed to be tough and weed out the not so serious students.
