Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot concerning the responsibilities of HR and what it takes to enter this field.

    Course highlights:

The make up of the company and how duties and responsibilities of the company are figured out. Also, how pay is determined along with benefits.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the general idea of how a company is run. Learn how pay, benefits, and the work force is motivated. Each company has its own culture and the HR department needs to understand how the work force can be influenced.
