    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor is not like most professors. He guides you in a way where he lays out a blueprint for your speech and you just have to put the pieces together.

    Course highlights:

The first day of class, he made us stand up in front of the class and name 2 things we hate and it was a nerve racking, but a great experience nonetheless.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be nervous just take your time and follow his rules

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

For a required core class, Kramer made it enjoyable. She gave us room to choose speeches that we were passionate about and never held us longer than she needed to. Class got let out early if she was done and for the time we were in there she cracked jokes and kept the mood light.

    Course highlights:

The demonstration speech was fun, people got creative. I definitely learned the most about how to successfully deliver a speech and convince your audience through the policy speech.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a good class if you want to do more speaking, I know other SPCH 140 courses involve a lot more reading and studying speech practices, while Kramer takes a more hands on, learn from experience approach to the course.
