    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course offers a very basic understanding of the working of American political parties that can easily be found online or in a text book. The course is simply an overview of information from the text book and does not offer any discussion or further inquiry into the very complicated world of American political parties. If you are looking for an easy course, this is it. If you want to learn something useful, this is not the course for you.

    Course highlights:

Even having taken the course over 7 years ago, it's a testament to its structure that I can't remember a lot of what I may have learned specifically from that course. A lot of what I now know about American political parties comes from independent research that I've done on my own since taking this class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course if you are needing an easy credit for you political science requirement, but be prepared to read a lot and be expected to remember most of what you read (at least until the multiple choice exam is finished.) Do not take this course if you are expecting a comprehensive court on American political parties that goes in depth and explores concepts and theories associated with the topic.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Fowler is a brilliant professor with great insight about American Politics. It is a privilege to take one of his classes.

    Course highlights:

The best part of the class was having chairmen from two main political parties of South Carolina teach.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't miss class, and make sure to complete the book reports.
