    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

While it was an interesting class, it was really difficult. The way the teacher teaches is hard to get used to at first. While he is a good guy, funny, and always willing to work with you, it is just the way he teaches that is difficult to learn from. It is crucial to write down everything he writes on the board because it will be on the test and don't miss a day if you can help it. Interact with him as much as possible.

    Course highlights:

I really liked getting to see a different perspective on society and human nature. I learned a lot about different views on society. It was fun to see how true theories of different philosophers and socialist play out to be. I liked Francis Bacon's theory on what blinds people in each level of society.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is crucial to study as much as you can. Write down everything he puts on the board, even if you think you'll remember it, write it down because it will come back. Interact with him, and if you ever have questions ask him. He is a great guy, and he is very easy to talk to. You just have to study hard in his class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am taking this course online and I have been more involved in it than any past online courses. All of the material is easy to understand and interesting to read. In addition she has discussions every week that spark huge debates. She covers contreversial topics such as racism, sexism, etc.

    Course highlights:

I love the discussion posts. They are not annoying to do because they are on interesting topics that are easily relatable in every day life. I learned a ton about these different topics as well as how people interact with one another on a day to day basis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you are organized. I recommend using a planner to write down all of the reading assignments and due dates ahead of time to make sure that you do not get behind or miss an important assignment.
