    This class is engaging by placing the students in a real restaurant setting and offering freedom to create while serving the public.

    Course highlights:

    Personal responsibility when completing a job. Chefs leave creativity and details up to the student, requiring only that they perform to the highest standard of their skills.

    Come ready to listen and learn. All material is provided, but little instruction is given.
