    Course Overview:

    She was straight to the point with everything. She stuck to the syllabus, and was understanding.

    Course highlights:

    I don't have time for fluff and she gave me exactly what I needed to understand the correlations of our diet and health. She earned my 5 Stars. I rethink every bite.

    Make sure you follow the syllabus and read the chapters, and take NOTES.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Nutrition is so important to protecting and maintaining a healthy body and brain. You'll also learn how the intake of fuel is processed into energy, why it should be balanced by energy expended.

    Course highlights:

    How all the different systems and organs of the human body use various nutrients from foods; such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, to maintain, restore, and repair itself.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the Chapters, learn the vocabulary, answer the discussion questions, do the quizzes and write one essay.

    Course Overview:

    This class was a lot of fun & I learned useful information that I can use in my everyday life. Mrs. Wilcox was a great teacher & a lot of fun.

    Course highlights:

    I gained knowledge of how our body processes food, how important muscle is for our body and how nutrients are so important to receive from food & not supplements. The education you get from this course is somethin you can use in your everyday life, as well as, helping others with making good food decisions

    Just listen, read & study. The information is great & useful in your everyday life
