Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the tremendous insight you get on the human mind and behavioral patterns. You learn how the brain functions in terms of the human psyche and you actually get a breakdown on almost every disorder on the planet. This course is just an entrance into a vast world to explore the human mind and its functions towards our behavior.

    Course highlights:

To be honest, most of us as younger Americans, suffer from anxiety, depression, OCD, social disorders and other miscellaneous forms of mental issues. In this class, you will learn were these external, internal disorders comes from, how they operate, what causes the issue and how to combat and face each issue. Being that I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks from past trauma, I found this small section of the course very interesting and insightful.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I can offer is to be prepared. Pay close attention, take notes and watch every you-tube or psych lab video that's offered. The videos on each chapter was the most beneficial aspect of this course and of course paying attention and reading over chapters.
