Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Even though it was a short summer course, there was a ton of information and the class was open to discussions and questions students asked were thoroughly explained.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the abnormal psych part of it. You learn a little bit of everything in this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to pay attention in class and take notes in addition to the ones given to you because the teacher covers a lot of stuff more in depth than what is in the handouts.

    Course highlights:

I learned about basic functions of the braim, the ways drugs effect the brain, sleep patterns, different ways to test theories and previous experiments that had been performed. This class overall was extremely informative.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study! Study! Study! That's the biggest things, don't stress it too much because this stuff is easy it's just about remembering the things discussed in class everyday.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am totally in love with psychology and this class helped me discover my deep appreciation for it. It was the hardest I've ever worked in a class and I loved it because, while the work was difficult, I loved every second of it. It was the first class I have ever taken where I willingly read the textbook after class. I even studied for the exams a lot harder than I am used to.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the class was learning about mental disabilities or illnesses and what happens in the brain that causes them. For example, I was taught about depression and how antidepressants are used to pick up where the brain is struggling.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the Book. It is so helpful and the instructor basically taught straight out of the book.
