Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am totally in love with psychology and this class helped me discover my deep appreciation for it. It was the hardest I've ever worked in a class and I loved it because, while the work was difficult, I loved every second of it. It was the first class I have ever taken where I willingly read the textbook after class. I even studied for the exams a lot harder than I am used to.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the class was learning about mental disabilities or illnesses and what happens in the brain that causes them. For example, I was taught about depression and how antidepressants are used to pick up where the brain is struggling.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the Book. It is so helpful and the instructor basically taught straight out of the book.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I thoroughly enjoyed this course, however I took this class online through the college in my town while I was attending high school, and I would recommend actually attending this class on campus and not taking it online.

    Course highlights:

I gained new information about how our brain is influenced by the environments we spend the most time in and how we grow up, which results in how an individual draws conclusions and makes decisions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest either waiting until you are enrolled in college or if you choose to take this course as a dual credit while still in high school, you should try to attend the course on an actual college campus rather than online.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Do not neglect anything short of coming to class and studying.

    Course highlights:

I learned most of the highlights that will be learned in Psychology.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Consider studying a little more than 6 hours. Make notes and study hard. The professor does take his own tests and expects students to understand where he is coming from in the tests.
