Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great class for the basics of coding. It gives you the tools necessary to build your own programs.

    Course highlights:

If you wish to learn the C coding language, this is a great resource. Throughout the course, there are challenges you're presented with in which you must code a program to function as described by the teacher. Each challenge is scaled well with what you've been presented up until that point, so no need to feel in over your head.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take time on your own to practice coding by setting goals to achieve through a program. Maybe you'll build something that is useful to yourself and even others!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is a great class for a beginners programming course, with people learning the basics of programming with Tom giving the instructions well.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of stuff that I had forgotten in the three years since my last programming class. It helped that I had that knowledge, otherwise, I wouldn't have known a lot of the stuff that we were doing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you turn your homework in on time and don't mess around during class. The stuff that you learn in this class will be very helpful in the next few programming courses that you have to take.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course gives students the ability to know what the C language is about with several coding projects and how programming works overall.

    Course highlights:

The most difficult and rewarding project was probably one that used several different techniques and combined them to make a slightly complex but neat program!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the book, read the slides, do not hesitate to email the professor if you have difficulty writing a program as he usually responds within a few minutes to a few hours.
