Always Do the Reading
This class was tough.
I would recommend this course because it can be an eye-opener to human interactions. It gives reason behind why people act how they do, what different disorders can cause, and information that can tie in multiple different classes (for example, Freud's "Oedipus complex" with Greek mythology). What I wish I knew going into this course would be how dry the reading was going to be. On the plus side, I learned that taking a psychology course may be fun but it is definitely not the path for me. Tests are pretty much all of your grade, but there are extra credit quizzes.
In depth for a general course, and I learned that some of the ways we learned about the different disorders and such can be pretty awkward

Advice for students:
Read the chapters before class, sit in the front area, do NOT hesitate to ask questions (there will be quite a few). Mind mapping may not be a bad idea either, and mark up that book as much as you need.
