    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This information is extremely important, but I was unable to actually learn most of it, as the course was online. I can honestly say that I couldn't currently state any fact from that class.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about nutrients that the human body requires, which need supplementation, and how much we should be getting. There were no real highlights to this class, it was just online course work and tests.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you actually study for tests. You have to take them with a proctor and they're not very easy. This is hard when the course work doesn't really lend itself to learning the information, but it's definitely necessary for the tests.
