    Course Overview:

    He is a great teacher and the class shows insight on how to not only be successful in the business world, but how to be smart.

    Course highlights:

    I really appreciated how my teacher was an actual attorney. He provided insight that a normal professor wouldn't have provided

    Do it! Its an awesome class, so you won't regret it

    Course Overview:

    He is organized, very good at keeping on task, not to much homework, follows the syllabus, learned a lot, no technology allowed, post the powerpoints in advance, and gives real life examples in class.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to approach legal situations not only for personal situation that I might encounter, but also potential legal situations I might encounter in starting or working for a business. We looked at the different types of ways to forms business, and what type was best for what you were trying to accomplish.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do the reading every night. Print out the powerpoints ahead of time. Ask questions. Be prepared to listen and take notes.
