Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it opened my eyes to the world around me in a way I had never experienced. I was able to express those newfound thoughts by way of in-class discussions and essays.

    Course highlights:

I learned many things involving culture, environment, and economics. I finished this course with a new perspective of the ideas of others. I also learned how to share my thoughts without being invasive or rude concerning others' opinions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a necessity that you stay on topic. It is easy to veer away from the material given, making it even more of a task to remain with the subject material. You should also try your best to follow the rubrics and writing guides handed out by the professor.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Composition allows individuals to expand their writing style and helps you to analyze things differently.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn how to write about different topics that I thought were pretty straight forward. For example, one of my papers was on the benefits of higher education. Everyone knows why higher education is beneficial. Comp 1 taught me how to dig deeper and expand my way of writing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to your professor! Each professor has different standards. Following their rules will either make or break your grade.
