Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The information learned in this course has stuck and is very useful in everyday life.

You gain basic information as well as more difficult information but in a easier form. There are pictures, diagrams, and sayings we learned this past semester to remember important information.

    Advice for students:

Study every night. Take the information you learned from class that day and make note cards or study that night.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To be on top of your game and study study study!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Taking this class for healthcare students is an essential. Without this course, you will have no solid foundation at all for your healthcare program. Without this class, my first year of Nursing school would have been a complete nightmare sorting through and trying to understand the information that was provided.

    Course highlights:

I learned all about all the body systems in the 2 parts of this course. I covered for example the cardiovascular system and how the heart helps pump the blood to the systemic system and how the blood vessels transport all the needs of our body and how it rids our bodies of unwanted wastes. I learned how our body constantly monitors itself and keeps our bodies at a homeostasis level for us to function on a day to day basis.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study everyday, do not wait until the last minute. Study your objectives and use any additional resources that are at your disposal to help study along with. Set a schedule out for yourself so that you don't get overwhelmed and stressed. It is a lot of information thrown at you and working on it daily will help solidify the info. If you need to watch videos, take at home notes from other resources to try and make the information stick.
