Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have not begun this class yet, but I have interviewed several graduates that stressed it's importance. The temptation to "test out" is strong when you have extensive writing skills, but it seems the fact remains that composition for college will be an essential tool for the remainder of classes.

    Course highlights:

I hope to learn how college writing for courses differs from the writing that I have done in my personal life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not mistake this course for basic skills, as it will be called upon throughout your college career.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned a great amount of English skills in this class. My professor helped me write essays and taught me English skills that I did not learn in high school. In class we studied different opinions of topics and wrote essays about our opinion. This class really helped me learn how to find sources for an essay, and my teacher took the time to work with us individually on learning how to cite our sources.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning the different skills in English.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

To do great in this class you do not need to get frustrated and give up. Giving up on anything is never good, but giving up on a class that you can get plenty of help in would not be a good choice. If you ever needed help you could always ask the professor for help.
