Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it prepares you for English 1020 and the professor really works with you to make you a better writer. Class discussions really help you get a better feel for the subject and allows you to get to know your classmates.

    Course highlights:

Class discussions were one of my highlights while taking this course and i learned different types of writing forms that i didn't learn in high school. I also learned how to organize my paper before submitting your final draft.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Start your papers as soon as possible so that the professor can revise them before the due date. Also create a nice relationship with your professor so that you can get extra help to make sure you get the best grade possible.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Marsha is a very laid back professor, she does have a strict no phone policy, but is always very willing to work with you on whatever you need help with. I really enjoyed her class, even when she got sidetracked on a complete off topic subject.

    Course highlights:

Coming out of the Marine Corps she helped me understand better the MLA format of writing papers.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take her class but be ready for the Kaberle at the end of the semester, and be open to her views on the environment.
